Shipment Period

If the ordered item is available we will be able to ship within two business days after an order is received. However, when an item is NOT available, we will contact the customer by e-mail on its availability.

Delivery for USPS Shipping is normally 3 - 5 business days after the "Order Processing" is complete.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to accept 100% refund on cancellations after we have shipped your purchased items; however, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will be able to refund you 100% immediately. br>If your order has already been shipped, you must submit a "Cancel Request" through your AlohaOutlet account within seven days after receiving your order with the reason for return. We will then determine whether the cancellation is deemed valid. (see return policy below for details)

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us (New/Same Condition with Tag, if applicable) for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will cover the shipping costs delivered back to you
The following reasons will be deemed invalid for an exchange or return:- Customer has lost part of an item or there is a unacceptable amount of wear or smell upon receiving the item.
- Damaged by customer.
- If there is no contact made within seven days after it has been received.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
* We accept size exchanges for clothing.
