Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Christmas promotional exchange period

In preparation for Christmas we are extending the return and exchange policy for anyone wanting to purchase items early. We have extended the return and exchange policy to Jan 31th 2025.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will ship your exchange items free of charge.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Please note that Custom-made items such as dresses, curtains, etc... cannot be returned unless item is defective. If you feel you received a defective item please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will be able to assist you further.
