Item Description

This `Uli`Uli Customized item will allow customers to request different colors for the outter and inner feathers.  Customers may also request a specific color, such as, light blue; for orders with specific colors, please indicate the color in the "Special Request" field.

These custom orders usually may take up to two weeks depending on the order size and season.

The `uli`uli are percussion instruments used by both male and female dancers, usually in high-paced rhythmic performances.

Our `uli`uli are handmade from professional hula supplies of the highest quality by an expert craftsman with over 30 years of experience. This product from this particular craftsman is popular among local hula dancers. Please come give them a shake if you are in town!

Please be aware that this product is made from natural products thus shapes and sizes are not 100% identical.

Also please note that return can not be accepted.

In the case of damage or breakage within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will repair or exchange damaged instruments for free. After 30 days maintenance repairs, depending on amount of damage, can be made at an additional charge.
**Depending on the state of damage, items repairs may not be possible. For any repairs please first contact us via email with the cause of the damage and a photo of the damaged product.
** Any damage as a result of negligence, misuse, or abuse above normal use, will be repaired free of charge under this warranty however return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Christmas promotional exchange period

In preparation for Christmas we are extending the return and exchange policy for anyone wanting to purchase items early. We have extended the return and exchange policy to Jan 31th 2025.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will ship your exchange items free of charge.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
